Evo Maxielebar
The Elebar compensating valves are a very important device for the cold-rooms safety, to keep the internal and external pressures balanced, especially during the cooling-off period and the door opening and closing.

The main differences between the new Evo-Maxielebar and the other compensating valves in the market, particularly the high air/flow valve family, are the vertical installation option ("V" version) where you can install the valve on the ceiling of the cold-room and, thanks to the main body valve symmetry, the possibility to wiring it either inside or outside the cold-room.

Furthermore, the special gasket applied on the two inner flaps that allow the air air/flow passage, guarantees a better seal and, with the application of the heating cable, an excellent operation at very low temperatures.

All the models are available in two version:

•TN (Positive temperature) from +10°C to +1°C
•BT (Negative temperature) from 0°C to -30°C

The Elebar series compensating valves are a very important device for the cold-rooms safety, to keep the internal and external pressures balanced, especially during the cooling-off period and the door opening and closing.

The main features of the new G ZERO valve , suitable for small and medium size cold rooms (BT and TN) are:
  • ZERO GRAVITY TECHNOLOGY (ceiling or wall mounted)
  • ZERO LIMITS TECHNOLOGY (suitable for panel thickness from 60 to 200 mm)
  • ZERO FROST TECHNOLOGY ( BT for temperature up to -30°C)

The main purpose of the compensating valves for cold rooms is to keep the internal and external pressures balanced. The pressure variations periodically happen during the different defrosting phases and during the opening and closing of doors. The lack of a compensating valve installation may cause the following problems:
  • sudden door opening resulting in deterioration of the products stored
  • crackings in coincidence of the panel junctions and consequent frosting
All the models, except the MicroElebar, are available in two versions:
• TN (Positive temperature)) from +10°C to +1°C
• BT (Negative temperature) from 0°C to -30°C
